About the Film:  In this short film, shot on location in the spring of 2021, Dej, a teenager goes through the grief of losing her Brother during the pandemic. With the new rules and regulations in place, Dej’s brother wasn’t given a traditional three day Hmong funeral. Uncertain if her Brother’s spirit will be able to pass over, Dej seeks for answers through memories and self reflection.
